Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.
The above prices are the sum of the daily prices, without the additional costs related to the mandatory options. These additional costs, namely cleaning service and bedlinen are always provided for hygienic reasons.
Upon confirmation of the reservation, an advance of 30% of the rental amount is requested immediately after booking, the remaining balance, including the guarantee, charges for bed linen and cleaning service must be paid no later than 14 days before the arrival date
A deposit of € 250 is required, it is fully refunded 10 days after the departure of the customer if the rules of the house are not broken and / or any damage is observed.

You will find below the conditions applicable in case of cancellation.
The guest pays 30% of the total price if he cancels after making the reservation and the total price of the reservation if he cancels within 14 days before arrival.
Reservations can be canceled free of charge within 7 days of the reservation date. With the exception of bookings made within 14 days of arrival, these cannot be canceled free of charge. In the latter case, the total amount must be paid.
If the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, the full amount remains due.

HEREBY YOU ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO COVID-19 MEASURES;
Flexible terms and conditions apply only in the event of force majeure as a result of covid-19. In this case you will receive a corona voucher that you can use to make a new reservation in the relevant accommodation. The validity of the voucher is 2 years from the date of issue.
Force majeure as a result of covid-19 only applies in the following cases if the situation concerned was not known at the time of the reservation and / or confirmation of the reservation by the tenant. Only in these situations is force majeure applicable;
The closure of the accommodation by the government
The closure of national or local borders that legally prevent access to the accommodation
Explicit prohibition to travel to the place of lodging. A “strongly discouraged” trip is not force majeure!
Any compulsory (and not strongly discouraged) step that de facto prevents the stay in the accommodation: a quarantine for a stay that exceeds the tolerance period (if your stay is 2 nights and the tolerance period is 48 hours, your stay is not covered by force majeure) or a mandatory test on arrival and return.
A legally imposed restriction on the number of people allowed in the accommodation that makes it impossible to keep the reservation.
